Statements in · Financials out
A year of statements in. A Balance Sheet and P&L out.
Upload up to 12 months of bank and credit card statements. Rekonix Lite reads and categorizes every transaction, then builds a professional reporting packet — Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss, as PDFs.
Preview your Balance Sheet free. Pay $49.99 only when you unlock the download.
How it works
Three steps. No bookkeeping knowledge required.
Upload your statements
Up to 12 months per account, as PDF statements from your bank, card issuer, or lender. Each account is detected automatically and named with the last four digits of its number.
Rekonix builds the books
Every statement is checked to the cent, every transaction is categorized and posted to a real double-entry ledger on a cash basis, and transfers between your own accounts are matched, so nothing counts twice.
Preview, then download
See your Balance Sheet free and rename accounts on it. Unlock the full packet as a PDF, and get a copy by email.
Sample packet
Two statements, formatted the way lenders and preparers expect.
The ledger always balances: Assets = Liabilities + Equity. Negative amounts appear in parentheses.
Sample figures for a fictional business.
Pricing
One packet, one price. No subscription.
$49.99 covers up to two bank or credit card accounts. Each additional account is $15. You see the price before you pay, and you only pay to download.
These statements were prepared by Rekonix Lite from the bank, credit-card, and loan statements the owner uploaded for the period shown. They use the cash basis of accounting: income is recorded when it is received and expenses when they are paid. The Balance Sheet includes only the balances of the accounts whose statements were uploaded, together with items the owner identified. It does not include receivables, payables, inventory, assets acquired before the period, or depreciation. Transactions were sorted into categories by automated classification and reviewed by the owner. No compilation, review, or audit was performed, and no assurance is provided on these statements.
